A newly created position to join our growing RA/QA/IS team.The RAQAIS department is a support department at Therapixel. We ensure efficacy, performance and adequacy of the management systems, and more generally of the company, as well as its regulatory compliance. We are seeking for a Project Manager able to ensure the success of all Therapixel's projects.
  • Manage all aspects of project engagement
  • You have strong experience in the management of multiple projects of multiple sizes at the same time.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Project Manager holds a transversal position within Therapixel. The main goal is to ensure projects are planned appropriately and completed within the planned deadline and resources.

This will include the following missions and responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of project engagement from planning, stakeholder relationships, communications, resources allocation, change management, risks mitigation, financials monitoring and all related project deliverables.
  • Ensure successful completion of the project goal.
  • Prepare and manage project plans that encompass but not limited to data conversion, product customization/software releases, environment preparation, and production deployment including training, configuration, testing, and rollout.
  • Monitor, track and report project status and metrics.
  • Serve as a communications hub for the project and deliver timely, appropriate, and effective executive-level communication.
  • Contribute to the use of project management best practices across departments, updating project tools, and contributing towards process improvements and implementation efficiencies.
  • Proactively identify and assess project risks , escalate issues and implement resolution strategies.
  • Conduct post-mortem project reviews to identify best practices , areas of improvement and apply learning

It ill be great if you had:

  • Graduate degree in a relevant field
  • PMP or PRINCE2 suite certification or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)

Some essentials you need to have:

  • Strong experience in the management of multiple projects of multiple sizes at the same time.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute and track complex projects
  • Experience managing diverse project teams across multiple locations and functional teams.
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines and conflicting priorities
  • Familiar with the fast-paced, multi-threaded, multi-responsibility start-up environment
  • Strong inter-personal skills

  • Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
