The Clinical Success Specialist is responsible for user facing interactions related to the use of the product.

This is an integral customer expansion role, operating as support to the customer success leader. The Clinical Success specialist reports to the Director of Customer Success and requires fantastic interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude, and a highly organized approach. Above all, we are seeking a tireless team member that demonstrates a “customer first” mindset with a results-oriented drive.

You will be an expert in your domain, responsible for working with our customers to drive solution adoption, create customer advocacy and expand our install base. You will collaborate cross-functionally with our direct sales force and support teams to ensure customers are satisfied with the services they receive all while looking for ways to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. You will be an expert in best practice workflows and effective at influencing our customers to adopt the most effective & efficient deployment of our solutions. In addition to proactively engaging with strategic accounts, you will support the successful onboarding of new customers, ensuring they are positioned for success out of the gate.

Your qualifications and skils:

  • An associate degree in computer science or health information technology, a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills is critical to translate complex information understandably and train new users. Excellent customer service skills allow you to do so in a polite, informative, and positive way.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, to resolve the client’s issues, are vital when selecting, launching, training, and troubleshooting new software and platforms for medical facilities and organizations.
  • Technology skills: Possessing a strong knowledge of computer and systems skills is crucial to this position.

Your experience:

  • A clinical background or experience in the Imaging Technologies and/or the Women’s Health space.
  • Experience with medical software devices and or SaaS is prefered.  
  • Knowledge of patient care: A strong understanding of what medical professionals do in hospitals, clinics and doctor’s offices is beneficial. 
  • Some experience of inside sales selling software renewals is a bonus.

  • Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
